This summer, Keith and William got a firsthand look at what makes run.

Keith, a Procurement Intern out of Anderson University dove into pulp commodity markets, vendor relationships, and cost-savings strategies—getting real exposure to the deals and data behind the scenes. William, a Process Engineering Intern from the University of Georgia, spent his time in Macon, GA learning how engineering translates from the classroom to the plant floor, and how every department relies on the next to keep things moving.

Their takeaway? No dull moments, and a whole company that feels like one connected machine.

Starting with a box-stacking role right out of high school, Nate Miller saw opportunity at from day one—and he's never stopped reaching for it.

Over 25 years, he's moved from team leader to group leader to production supervisor and beyond. Today, as Senior Materials Manager, Nate oversees inventory and production planning across four manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania and Georgia, keeping the lines running for everyday essentials like baby diapers and bladder control pads.

Nate's biggest driver? The people. He's just as focused on helping his team find their own career paths as he is on solving the fast-moving, ever-changing puzzles that come with the job.
