supported by 5 local parishes: Holy Face in Great Mills, St. George's in Valley Lee, Immaculate Heart of Mary in Lexington Park, Our Lady of the Wayside in Chaptico, and Immaculate Conception in Mechanicsville. Our dedicated teachers and staff help students develop spiritually, intellectually, physic

ally & socially. Academic excellence is enhanced by our STEM, music, technology, physical education, art & foreign language programs. We also offer certified PreK 3 & PreK 4 programs! After a crazy week of trainings, meetings, and facilities projects, we were so thrilled to open our doors this morning for our annual Meet and Greet! What a joy to see all our students and their families! We can’t wait to officially start this year next week; enjoy your last weekend of summer, Patriots! (Special thanks to Bob Green Siding, Great Mills Trading Post, B&B Maintenance, and Mr. Glenn for helping our school to shine, and to Father Scott for blessing all the classrooms, and to Catrina Farrell for our beautiful photo opp display!) “What does it mean to be a Patriot?”

Ahead of the 11th Annual Little Flower School Patriot Day 5K on September 5th, we asked local law enforcement officer and proud LFS alum, Detective Corporal Benjamin Raley (St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office CID), to share his thoughts.

We love seeing our alumni out in the community living out the values taught right here at LFS! Take a listen, and then head over to sign up or sponsor the race. We can’t wait to see our community come together on September 5th!
