It was a nice opening reception for our annual GFPS Faculty exhibit at the Dahl Gallery in Great Falls High. I’m so proud of this group of teacher/artists and how creative they are both in and out of the classroom. Make sure you check out the gallery when you are in the area!

Happy New School Year! GFHS Chamber Orchestra got us off to a great start by performing for the annual GFPS Convocation in the Davidson Family Auditorium. It’s going to be a great year!

The Electric City Youth Chorus in Great Falls is holding open auditions August 30 as it prepares to perform in The Nutcracker with the Great Falls Symphony.

One of the new entities we are creating this year with our Fine Arts Foundation funds is a volunteer marching band from both high schools. Today was the first day of band camp for these amazing kids and their super directors. This is going to be fun for football games!

Join the Great Falls Municipal Band this Wednesday at 7 PM, conducted by our esteemed Music Director Emeritus, Gordon Johnson!

Several Great Falls Symphony musicians, staff, and board members spend their summers performing with the Municipal Band, so come enjoy an evening of live music and spot some familiar faces on stage.

Bring a friend and some lawn chairs, and enjoy a summer evening in Gibson Park supporting live music in Great Falls.
