Mt Shoshin Ryu Shoshin Ryu is an all encompassing modern martial art that is rooted with the Japanese warrior code Gi and no-gi and self defense.

A non-competitive, cooperative organization and a martial art system of throwing, grappling, kicking, blocking, striking, weapons, kata, self-defense and multiple attacker scenario training, mental training and martial arts philosophy, psychology and fitness.
