Erinn is, and always has been, a bright and beautiful ray of smiles and strength. For those of us who knew her in high school or are lucky enough to still be her friend today - you know she is so damn funny and a genuinely kind person. TODAY we celebrate 10 YEARS since graduating Great Bridge High School! Remembering all the smiles, laughs, and more from June 15, 2011. Sending every classmate lots of love today. Keep pursuing your passions, focusing on what's important in your life, and . Take care of yourselves and one another!

The first post upon return from social media hiatus is for the current Alumni Association to scream as loud as possible that we wholeheartedly stand with all of our classmates regardless of race and ethnicity. We not only passionately believe in equality - we demand it. To all of our black classmates, student creatives, scholars and athletes, to our black friends, teachers, coaches, counselors, principals, and neighbors - we believe that Black Lives Matter. Silence is not an option and it’s clear that we have to do more. We graduated with tradition and pride and we must set the new bar for what tradition and pride we will celebrate. We will. We pledge to ...

> Stand beside and listen to our black classmates, and be lifelong allies and friends.

> Firmly uphold a zero tolerance policy for racism of any kind and hateful speech in our day-to-day lives, at our class alumni events and on any of our other alumni communication platforms.

> Only welcome classmates to participate in class alumni events whose values align with the above, and only choose venues, business partners, and suppliers for class alumni events whose values align with the above.

> Encourage every classmate to vote for leaders who will change policy to protect communities who face racism and social-injustice.

> Collaborate with and support our classmates who are active in change and anti-racism in their communities, both in the 757 and outside of it.

9 years ago today we graduated - and what a 9 years it has been for each of us. After a brief social media hiatus, this GBHS Class of 2011 Alumni FB page is back.
