Our April 2026 retreat, all about recalibrating capacity in the body and in our life, and we can confidently say it was one of the most amazing to experiences to date.

Recalibrating Capacity is designed with helping professionals in mind...and anyone else who regularly shows up for others...who are feeling stretched, depleted, or ready to reset how they care for themselves while continuing to care for others.
This retreat will offer space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with sustainable ways of working and living, alongside thoughtful facilitation and community.
We're offering partial scholarships for helping professionals, as we want this work to be as accessible as possible to those who give so much.

This free community event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other families and meet local practitioners who offer valuable support during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Whether you’re expecting, parenting a newborn, or continuing to grow your family, this event is designed to help you build connections and discover helpful resources.
You’ll have the chance to meet with a range of care providers, including:
