The rest of the trout will be released next week, in collaboration with Mass Fish & Wildlife.

It's Trout Tuesday! 🐟 Our Brook Trout are nearing the end of their stay at Berkshire Waldorf School, as they're growing quickly and healthily enough to be released soon!

Our Fourth and Fifth Graders have loved caring for these little creatures, from egg to small fish! They've been doing an incredible job stewarding the trout care - feeding them, cleaning their tank, and checking the water temperature included.

Thank you to Mass Fish and Wildlife for supplying us with the tank, equipment, trout eggs, and for assisting us in their release!
