Monument Mountain Regional High School

Monument Mountain, Lee and Hoosac Valley band students met Yo Yo Ma at their rehearsal today! The band students will be performing at Tanglewood On Parade Tuesday, August 4.

The **8th Annual Run4Uns** is now open for registration.

For those who didn't have the privilege of knowing Chris Unsworth, he taught business classes at Monument Mountain and coached girls cross country and basketball. More importantly, he was one of the kindest, most genuine people you could ever meet. He was taken from us far too soon, but his impact continues to be felt.

📋 Mandatory Medical Eligibility Requirements
Before any student can step onto the field or court, they must complete these two specific medical steps to avoid immediate suspension from practices and games:
Physical Examination — Must be updated within the last 13 months and on file with the school nurse. Because physicals can expire mid-season, check your dates early. Upload the document via FamilyID or email a scanned copy to Karl Zigmand at [email protected].
ImPACT Concussion Test — Must be valid within the last 2 years. This acts as a baseline cognitive test for medical professionals if an injury occurs. Email Karl Zigmand at [email protected] to get your home testing code.

User Fee — A $100 user fee must be fully paid before sports participation can begin.
