Tomorrow (Oct 17) is Black Poetry Day. This holiday was established in 1985 & is a record of history, resistance, & cultural identity. Our suggestion, select a poet from this article (https://tinyurl.com/39ua5ep5), or Google African-American poets & read a poem or watch a reading of their poems on YouTube! You can find poems for free @ The Poetry Foundation(https://tinyurl.com/4c3fw36p)
