Today, we're back in Roanoke, Virginia, with the incredible women of the Regional Chamber of Commerce as we wrap up our three-part Women's Leadership Mini-Series!

Over the course of this experience, we've explored how boundaries can serve as leadership tools rather than barriers, helped women discover how their strengths show up and serve them—and recognize when those same strengths may be unintentionally overused. Today, we're bringing it all together by connecting strengths awareness with boundary clarity, helping women lead with greater intention while protecting what matters most.
