It’s far enough from town to be quiet and not have any issues when each festival occurs. It’s also close enough to town to have all the amenities Town offers.

This building is huge. It’s already set up with 2 sides and separated utilities. Schedule your appointment before it’s gone or pulled off the market.

Washer/dryer/commercial refrigerator can stay with the building, however, once I’ve removed them they won’t come back.

Who’s ready to upgrade their business? Use one side and rent out the other. When your business grows you could flip sides or use the entire building. Basement could be used with the larger side for storage (like we have used it) or even used as a work space.

Both “sides” of this building has its own entry, furnace, hot water heater, and air conditioner. The utilities are already separated (just have to ask DTE to send two bills again).

Buy one building and rent out which ever side you don’t need. If your business grows you can always take over both portions.
