โจRepresent the program at Back to School Night to recruit homeroom parents.
โจServe as the main liaison between GDE Administration/Staff and Homeroom Parents (HRPs).
โจSelect HRPs from the applicant pool and host a fun Homeroom Parent Mixer.
โจProvide guidelines and clear documentation so HRPs can best assist teachers.
โจCoordinate Homeroom Baskets for the Fall Festival.
โจOrganize meals for staff during Fall and Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences.

โจRecruit and organize parent helpers for school-wide fundraisers.
โจHelp organize volunteers to set up and refresh the teacher lounge.
โจPartner with local Middle and High School teachers to recruit student volunteers for Fall Festival booths.
โจManage volunteer sign-ups, schedules, and reminders for the Fall Festival.
โจEnsure every helper feels organized, welcomed, and appreciated!
