📱 Classroom-to-home communication for the 2026-2027 school year is moving into the Gravette Schools app, replacing Remind across all district schools. Families can now find classroom messages, school news, and event calendars all in one place.

Teachers and principals will use the Gravette Schools app to message families directly for the new school year. Current app users will receive a prompt to update when opening the app, while new families can download it to get ready for the upcoming school year. Class rosters will be finalized in the system by Open House on August 6, 2026, allowing teacher messages to reach parents soon after. Once you connect through the new app, you can remove the Remind app from your phone.

Combining district news, event calendars, and direct teacher messages into one app gives families a simple and convenient way to stay informed. Download or update the Gravette Schools app today to prepare for the school year ahead. 🦁🧡

🏫 Registration for the free 21st Century After School Program opens Wednesday, August 6 at Open House and Thursday, August 7 online for kindergarten through eighth grade students. This afterschool program provides certified teacher tutoring, homework help, and enrichment activities Monday through Thursday from dismissal until 5:30 p.m.

Space is limited to students across kindergarten through eighth grade, so families should submit applications early. Paper applications can be submitted during Open House or turned in at the front office of your child's school starting August 7.

Acceptance notifications will be sent the last weeks of August before sessions begin on September 9. We look forward to supporting our students with structured learning and skill building after the school day ends. 🦁🧡

Students can walk the halls, locate their new classrooms, and drop off school supplies before the first bell rings. Meeting teachers ahead of time reduces first-day nerves and helps children step into their new grade with confidence. Families also have the chance to learn about upcoming classroom expectations and ask questions directly.

🚌 Gravette Schools Transportation has a new mobile app to track bus routes for the upcoming school year. This updated platform replaces the old EZ A to B app. The new app uses your existing login information, all that is needed to get set up is to download the new app.

Families can use this updated tool to track bus locations in real time and receive proactive alerts for your stop. The platform also sends instant notifications regarding unexpected delays or route adjustments to keep everyone informed.

The district is offering a new starting wage of $23.66 per hour after the school board approved a three dollar per hour raise for bus drivers. This updated rate places Gravette second regionally in driver pay. The employment package also features paid training, health and retirement benefits, and a flexible schedule with additional hours available upon request.
