🌱 Our garden is officially underway!
Our planter boxes are built, the watering system is installed, and our garden is planted! 🍓 The children helped prepare the and plant seeds, learning how tiny seeds can grow into something amazing.
We also released butterflies that we hatched right here at preschool, and we added ladybugs to our garden. 🐞 We hope these helpful garden friends will help our fruits and vegetables thrive.
Now comes the exciting part—caring for our garden and watching it grow! We can’t wait to see the blooms and harvests that come from all of our hard work. 🌻

Everyone is also eagerly awaiting our chicken eggs to hatch. They are so excited to meet our new baby chicks in the coming weeks!🐣
They have been exploring lots of sensory fun as well, adding even more hands-on fun to each day! 🌿

Our Fairytale theme has officially begun at Little Blooms and the children are loving it! 🏰✨
The classroom has been full of knights, dragons, pirates, and princesses as the children use their imaginations to build castles and create their own stories in the block area with new building and fairytale materials.
We’ve also been enjoying the sunny weather ☀️ and spending lots of time outside exploring together. It’s been such a fun start to this magical theme! 🐉👑

We are wrapping up our All About the Body unit, and the children have loved learning how their bodies work. Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve explored the lungs and how they function, learned about bones and x-rays, and talked about the vascular and digestive systems. We also discussed healthy foods that fuel our bodies and how exercise helps keep us strong and flexible. 🏃♂️🫁 🩻
With the beautiful weather, we’ve been able to extend our learning outdoors as well. The children have enjoyed water play, painting, chalk art, and lots of movement in the sunshine, making it a fun and engaging way to wrap up this unit. ☀️🎨

Our All About The Body theme has been a big hit, and the children are having so much fun learning! They have been dressing up as doctors and skeletons, learning about body parts, and discovering how their senses help them explore the world.👀
We refreshed our dramatic play area with new body-themed materials and rotated toys throughout the classroom for lots of hands-on learning.🩺
They’ve also been enjoying the rainy weather, playing in the mud, and getting their bodies moving outside 🌧️
We love seeing the children so engaged, curious, and excited to learn each day! 💛

Hello Families! We are doing a Cozy Coats drive, and we’d love your help! ❤️
If you know any families with children ages 2–6 who could use warm clothing this season, please message us — we’d be happy to support them.
We’re also still accepting donations of new or gently used coats and warm items. Thank you to everyone helping us keep little ones warm this winter! 🧥✨
