I've been playing and teaching flute many years and have deep appreciation for music and for those wh Flute lessons from beginners to advanced from experienced, kind and patient teacher. I like to keep lessons light and fun while teaching good tone, rhythm, scales. I've been teaching for many decades and keep it fresh by honing in on how you learn best. I've been playing and teaching flute all my life. I have a MM from New England Conservatory and have taught at the college level, beginner level and everything in between. I started out playing classical flute and now I play both classical and jazz, often with my husband, Bill Douglass in venues in Nevada City and Grass Valley.

FLUTE CHOIR - Join us tomorrow Saturday Feb. 10 at 4 pm. If you can read intermediate music, I think you'll enjoy this group. We'll play enjoyable, intermediate level trios and quartets. I've been teaching and playing flute for many decades and my aim is for all to have lots of fun in flute choir. Contact me if you're unsure about the sheet music level and for directions. $10 per session.

I also give Flute lessons for all levels. I aim to be patient and kind while aiming for good tone and comfort.
