On Saturday The Union in Nevada City published my article "Reconnecting to Yourself to Move Forward." Have a look and I would love know what you think.
Healing Collective: Reconnecting to yourself to move forward
Have you ever felt stuck in place, even though you know what you want? You've set the goals, made the plans, perhaps even started taking action—yet something inside resists. You

Join me for a gentle, experiential workshop where we'll slow down, listen deeply, and create space for clarity and authentic movement to emerge! This is the paradox: sometimes the fastest way forward is to first come back to yourself. Not as a detour, but as the path itself. Come! It will be great to see you there!

When Loyalty Keeps Us Stuck
Bert Hellinger wrote that families tend to hold on to the past — to both love and pain. When something that should be finished is not allowed to end, it continues to live through the next generations.
From the perspective of Family Constellations, this often happens through unconscious loyalty.
As children, our deepest need is to belong. Out of love, we may unconsciously bind ourselves to the suffering, limitations, or unresolved fates of those who came before us. Without realizing it, we may carry a parent’s grief or illness, repeat a grandparent’s relationship pattern, or limit our success out of loyalty to someone who struggled.
This loyalty is not logical — it is systemic. It operates beneath awareness.
In constellations, we often discover that what feels like a personal issue is actually an inherited bond. And healing begins when we can gently say:
“I honor your fate. And I leave with you what belongs to you.”
Letting go is not betrayal.
It is maturity.
It is love becoming conscious.
When the past is acknowledged and respected, it can finally rest.
And when it rests, the new has space to emerge.
If you feel curious about what loyalties may be quietly shaping your life, I warmly invite you to join our next Family Constellations gathering.
Ready to explore what is keeping you stuck?

Reconnecting to Your True Self 💖
Feeling stuck is not always about lack of effort or clarity.
Often, it’s a sign that we’ve drifted away from ourselves.
We learn to adapt early in life — to fit in, to stay safe, to be accepted. Over time, these adaptations can pull us away from what feels true.
Reconnecting to your true self isn’t about changing who you are.
It’s about listening inward again — to your body, your emotions, and your inner sense of truth.
When we come back to ourselves, clarity and movement often follow naturally.
Not through force, but through alignment.
Coming back to yourself is not a step backward.
It’s often the most honest way forward.

🌼The Importance of the “Black Sheep” in the Family System
The so-called “black sheep” of the family are, in truth, natural seekers of paths of liberation for the family tree.
The members of a family tree who do not adapt to the norms or traditions of the family system — those who, from a young age, constantly sought to revolutionize beliefs, going against the established paths of family tradition; those who were criticized, judged, and even rejected — are usually the ones called to free the family tree from repetitive stories that frustrate entire generations.
The “black sheep,” those who do not fit in, those who cry out in rebellion, fulfill a fundamental role within every family system. They repair, gather what was left behind, create the new, and cause new branches to blossom on the family tree.
Thanks to these members, our family trees renew their roots. Their rebellion is fertile soil; their madness is nourishing water; their stubbornness is fresh air; their passion is the fire that rekindles the hearts of the ancestors.
Countless repressed desires, unfulfilled dreams, and frustrated talents of our ancestors manifest through the rebellion of these black sheep, seeking realization.
By inertia, the family tree wishes to continue maintaining the castrating and toxic course of its trunk, which makes the task of our black sheep difficult and conflictual.
Yet who would bring new flowers to our tree if not them? Who would create new branches? Without them, the unrealized dreams of those who upheld the tree generations ago would die, buried beneath their own roots.
Let no one make you doubt it: care for your “rarity” as the most precious flower of your tree.
You are the dream of all your ancestors.
— Bert Hellinger

Hi everyone, I would love to invite you to our next Family Constellations Circle on Sunday, February 1st! Come and bring a friend. 🥰
I still have a spot for one client to have their constellation done in this Circle.
I often receive the question: What does being a client mean, and what does being a participant mean? Let me clarify that.
In a group Family Constellations workshop, there are two ways to participate:
Participant ($10):
Participants take part in the group and they may volunteer to represent elements or members of another person's family system. Even when not working on their own personal issue, many people find this experience meaningful and insightful, as it often touches something relevant in their own lives.
Client ($200):
A client is someone who chooses to have their own constellation facilitated during the workshop, and we dive deeper into the subject they bring in. This usually includes a brief individual meeting with me a day or two before the event, where we clarify the topic you would like to work on and I gather some background to better support the process. During the workshop, other participants may be invited to represent members of your family system, and my role as facilitator is to guide the process toward clarity, support, and possible resolution.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions—I'd be happy to connect.💗

When life feels overwhelming, complex, or stuck,
I often return to something very simple: nature.
Not as an escape —
but as a way to reset my nervous system.
Being in nature helps the body slow down
before the mind tries to figure anything out.
Breathing changes.
Muscles soften.
Perspective widens.
From a coaching and nervous-system perspective,
this matters more than we realize.
When the system is less activated,
we have access to more choice, clarity, and presence.
Nature doesn’t ask us to analyze or improve ourselves.
It reminds us how balance feel.
And from that place,
it becomes easier to listen inwardly,
release stored tension,
and reconnect with what actually matters.
Sometimes the most profound shift
begins by stepping outside.
