Learn Yang Style Tai Chi, Shaolin QiGong and Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu at Body Balance Academy. Body Balance Academy is a traditional Tai Chi and Kung Fu Academy.
The academy is housed in the solar powered, historic Union Building with floating bamboo floors, vaulted ceilings, a skylight and floor to ceiling windows. The ancient arts of Kung Fu & Tai Chi provide metal clarity, focus, discipline, stress relief and promote optimal health and wellbeing. Body Balance Academy was established in Nevada County in 2003 and offers a complimentary introductory course for new students of all ages both online and in the studio.
