Folks! Thank you so much for supporting Signcrafters Grass Valley throughout the years. I've had a wonderful time with my father's business and met some great people in the process. sorry I'm late on my posting, but we had to close shop last winter to make an emergency move to Marquette, Michigan. We took all of our equipment, which is being stored with family up here for future endeavors. Stay tuned! There are new ideas on the horizon. Thank you so much for the support!

This interesting Beauty went up yesterday in Nevada City. I took their logo and made a unique sign shape. I also added real gold vinyl to the wings for an extra special glow. This is a good ole half inch mdo sign grade plywood panel with enamel paint and high performance vinyl.
This Gallery is amazing, great owners and incredible mind blowing art! The showings are going to really start picking up in September so keep a lookout if you're interested and seeing some unique amazing talent!

These signs I designed myself for the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce Fair Booth at the Nevada County Fairgrounds. They went up in time for the Fourth of July. I'm looking forward to getting over there and taking some REAL photos of them up so you can see them in action! For now, here are some snaps from the shop upon completion.

Yesterday we completed another one of these trucks. The black at the bottom with the website was the largest piece of vinyl I had ever put on a vehicle before. It turned out near perfect!

Just found a nice photo of this epic prayer flag Style sign I made for the Vaudeville tent at High Sierra Music Festival. I designed it and had helpers help me paint it! It was a set of three and they still use it there and it's going on its third year. I've had such incredible times doing Ambiance for this grand festival up in Quincy California. This is hand painted on canvas. I used an old school projector in my shop for each individual letter. Kudos to my mom for sewing all the tops!

We had a great day last Friday cutting and applying these graphics to this friendly business. We use the highest quality full cast vinyl for our vehicle graphics for the sharpest look and longest life. Danny Luna is a pleasure to work for and has a strong attention to detail as I do, so there was a lot of comradery going on!

I made this Fun Sign for a friend last year for Christmas, who obviously loves tigers! I hand copied the design from a pin he gave me and recreated it in my sign program. I used black vinyl, glitter vinyl, and Wildfire black light reflective paint on a piece of 1/2" MDO plywood.

Here is the aluminum panel sign I made for Las Katarinas Fine Mexican Dining in Alta Sierra at completion. Definitely the biggest sign I have made in many years! The design and color concept was my idea. I wanted contrast from the older signs below so it would stand out on it's own. The owners of this place are very nice!

Here's a biggie I made last year for the Alta Sierra location. A solid aluminum 5' x 10' panel with enamel paint and vinyl. This is Mike Street of Bold Image Signs helping me install it. I never have been part of an installation this big, it was like sailing a huge boat!
