Looking for a creative way to honor the upcoming new moon/solar eclipse in Aries? Join me in celebrating this rare and powerful lunation through guided meditation, art-making, ritual, and connection with other women through the lens of the expressive arts. Across many traditions, the new moon is honored as a time of rest, reflection, and planting seeds for the next lunar cycle. This April new moon is also a total solar eclipse, and a supercharged opportunity for marking a season of new beginnings and setting intentions for manifesting your biggest, boldest dreams for the astrological new year ahead. In this expressive arts workshop we will use our creativity and intuition as a guide to connecting with what we are ready to release and what we want to call into our lives with this eclipse portal. What vision do you have that wants to be realized?

Do you terrorize yourself with your own ideas of who you’d rather be?
Do you use exercise to deform your body into the way you’d prefer it to look?
Do you use diet to deprive yourself into a version of yourself that’s more acceptable to yourself?
Did you notice the way I worded those questions?
Do you know the difference between who you are and who you’d rather be?
Are you using that information to beat down the person you are?
How can you meet yourself where you’re at in order to not reject the version of who you are right now, today?
Maybe it’s time to copy and paste these questions into your journal

Shadow work is a process of exploring the unconscious mind - the shadow usually consists of thoughts and motivations people would rather not look at or admit about themselves to themselves. Usually these personal truths create intense vulnerability and are hidden from the self through a mechanism of shame.

Through whispers of hope echoing in the emptiest of places I found myself. I’ve been informed, internally, externally, implicitly and explicitly: this is my calling. My brain thinks in structure and pictures; it’s constantly cross referencing information. I do this work when I’m resting, during chores, with others and with myself. This work is who I am - it’s time I put it to work for you. I’m not here to convince the world of what I think - I’m simply here to witness and facilitate people becoming closer to themselves. I don’t have your answers but my brain will tell me where you can look to find them. I am that I am through which I look forward to witnessing you.
