Goals

1.Grow and sustain National accountability for achieving – and exceeding - the goals of 75% Conversion Rates, 3.75 Organs Transplanted Per Donor, 10% DCD, and 35,000 deceased donor organs successfully transplanted
2.Quicken the spread of leading practices to continue breakthrough improvements in donation and transplantation
3.Promote the adoption of performance improvement practices in each donation service area that optimize organ viability and increase the number of organs transplanted from each donor
4.Expand the opportunity for shared leadership anchored in local service area partnerships
