Since 1998, the Lady Huskies program has built a proud tradition rooted in hard work, toughness, and pride. 💙💛

Over the years, the program has featured some of the best players in the area’s history, with standout performances and memorable moments spanning decades. The numbers on this board reflect just how impressive many of those individual accomplishments have been.

For those of you who visit Northern, stop and take a few minutes to check out something special.

We now have a display in the school located in the vocational wing beside Room V15 highlighting the rich history of the Lady Huskies Soccer Program. From the very first team to the incredible 2024–2025 regional championship squad (only the second in program history to win a region!), it celebrates decades of player accomplishments, team success, and Husky pride.

Northern has always had a tradition of excellence — in athletics like baseball and wrestling, and in programs like FFA, VICA, theater, band, and so much more. This display is a small piece of that larger story.

As someone who has proudly been a Husky for 26 years — as a teacher, coach, and parent — this one means a lot to me.

So if you’re in the building, stop by the vocational wing next to V15 and take a look. I think you’ll enjoy seeing just how special our tradition truly is. 🐾⚽
