This is just a great reminder of what it generally costs to run an early childhood education program. Add other programs, teachers with degrees, replace broken equipment, field trips, toys and educational activities for a large range of students, and often times the owner takes nothing monetarily home due to all of these areas that come first.
It is truly a passion for the children that keeps one in this career!

One of the areas that I love to observe are those little budding friendships that take place in preschool. Yesterday I heard one of our students to another, “Can we be best friends for forever?” And then she rephrased it by saying they’d been friends forever, and she knew they would always be best friends! They have been besties since they were 4 months old! They are 4 now and still besties!
I love seeing the beauty of friendships being built.

I’ve been privileged to have been in the classroom this week, and I just love to hear kiddos playing, laughing together, and especially hear some of the things they say!
Kids are so fun, so ingenious and creative!
Loved watching our kiddos include each other, give hugs, sing songs together and just enjoy each other’s company!
