IT’S RAFFLE TIME!!!

With funds consistently being cut, and copy paper being one of our most expensive supply needs, we need your help!!

We will bring doing a raffle at open house!
Bring in a pack (or a few) of copy paper, and be entered to win a basket of goodies. Our basket will include school supplies, gift cards, and more!

Take a look, it's in a book, A Reading Rainbow!!📚🌈

This has been such an amazing week celebrating our teachers and staff! We celebrated this last day of teacher appreciation week in style complete with a Reading Rainbow Themed Blind Date with a Book Table!! It was so fun to see which books everyone picked.

Our staff enjoyed pizza from Little Ceasers in Granite Falls and salad from Italy Grill, it was delicious!! As a sweet treat, they got to visit the Dippin’ Dots and Lemonade truck.

We appreciate all our teachers and staff for everything they do each and every day. Sawmills is blessed with the best!!

We hitched a ride on the Oregon Trail today and the good news is, no one died of dysentery🙌🏻 The staff had to ford the river to hunt for food and landed in the lounge to enjoy Publix subs and chips with lots of yummy desserts and a delicious cookie cake!

We also set up an “Oregon Trail Mix” bar and the main ingredient was delicious movie theatre popcorn that was graciously donated by Golden Ticket Cinemas, thank you so much!! We can’t wait for tomorrow🎉

Today, our students, staff and parents had an amazing time celebrating Field Day!! Even when the rain started, we embraced it and made our own rainy day fun💦

With all the craziness at times during this day, we decided to treat our staff to a throwback sack lunch…grab and go style! They also got to go back to the 90’s with a table full of nastalgic snacks, candy and fun slap bracelets and temporary tattoos. We can’t wait for tomorrow!!🙌🏻

Day 2 of Teacher Appreciation Week was a huge success! Our staff enjoyed a delicious lunch from Chick-Fil-A that was provided by Dry Ponds Baptist Church. We are always so thankful for them and all the support they give our school♥️ As always, it’s a great day to be a Wasp!!

Also, Wednesday is field day. If you are a level 3 and plan to attend field day, please let us know. We are needing volunteers to watch classes for teachers to be able to go grab their lunch from the lounge. This is not a full duty free.
