l, I new I would dedicate my career to the field of teaching early childhood. I have had the privilege of fulfilling this dream by being a lead teacher of preschoolers, both in center based and my home based preschool, for over 25 years now. I carry with me two college degrees in Child Development, as well as a multitude of credits since earned, by taking continued education classes through our local office of education. PRECIOUS HEARTS IS SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A "DAYCARE"
For our youngest students in infancy, our program offers a wonderful and nurturing childcare option, where your little one will receive plenty of love and care throughout the day. For our students 2 years of age and older.....we are a full preschool program! We pride ourselves on providing a robust, well-rounded daily PRESCHOOL education for all of our students! Our curriculum includes a balance of language arts, math and science activities, as well as creative arts and crafts projects. Our students engage in hands on play-based learning centers and exciting circle times which are always presented in ways that make learning a positive and FUN experience! We believe in the importance of fresh air and the ability for our students to explore the outdoors while exerting energy through gross motor play. Which is why we love our multiple outdoor recess areas. During a typical recess session you may find us building sandcastles in the sandbox, sliding down the slides at the park or riding our tricycles on the circular path while it's raining bubbles. We love to run and play! SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
For your convenience we offer a variety of schedule options, including full-time/part-time, as well as both half-day and full-day.
