Marine Biology breaks out the microscopes for the first time this school year. Always fascinating to zoom in to see God’s handiwork. One student took some fantastic photos through the microscope! You’re looking at diatoms and dinoflagellates.

In history, Superstars constructed cathedrals after learning about monks and the spread of Christianity across Europe.

Scholars create mosaics, after learning of this art from the Middle Ages.

In history, we talked about the Ajanta Caves in India that monks constructed from basic tools hundreds of years ago and painted frescoes on the walls. Superstars and Scholars gave it a shot with sand art.

The Scholars did review today, going back to blood typing but possibly their favorite part of Anatomy class was testing which body parts had the most sensory nerves using the two-point discrimination test.

Scholars learn how to drape a toga the Ancient Roman way and make Roman numeral coins.

Savants study the anatomy of two invertebrates—the crawfish and the spider.

Superstars and Scholars create a mosaic while we discuss the history lesson about Jesus’ birth and resurrection.

It’s out of Jesus’ deep love for each of us that we can celebrate the hope found in the Resurrection. Happy Easter!
