I missed field day with my class this year 🥺, so I made this video to encourage them to have a great time, and also to show them a little bit of love! 💗

Kids are very good at loving well and honestly. They don’t need much, some words of affirmation, little surprises, some good jokes, and firm boundaries so they feel safe.

I think I will hear this till the last day of the school year, which is until next Friday…. Oh my first graders!
