High functioning is not the same as healthy.
Most of us learned a version of strength that had no room for feeling. We called it discipline. We called it professionalism. We called it leadership.
There is another name for what it becomes over time. Exhaustion with better posture.
I wrote about it this week. About weakness, sensitivity, and what the version of strength we were taught actually costs us.
Read it here:
What Does It Mean to Be Weak?
Someone told me I was too sensitive. Too emotional.

Are you reigning more than you're striving?
Not sure?
That's worth knowing.
10 questions.
Honest answers only.
No right or wrong.
Just a real look at where you actually are right now as a faith-led leader.
Because there's a difference between doing well and leading well. Between showing up and showing up from rest. Between holding it all together and ruling from peace.
Which one is closer to your truth today?

In over 30 years of walking alongside women, this is the one struggle I've heard more than any other: staying consistent in devotional time. It's been on my heart, so I wrote about it. If this is something you've quietly wrestled with, this week's article is for you. Read the article right here:
WHY WE NEVER HAVE TIME FOR GOD'S WORD
Imagine for a moment a tiny cut on a vein. Not gushing.

There's a moment most leaders never talk about out loud.
It's the end of the month. Or after a launch. Or the morning after an event where the numbers weren't what you hoped. And the spiral starts; what's wrong with me? Do I need to change my message? Am I the problem?
Then comes the sentence that sounds spiritual but is really just exhaustion wearing a crown.
"I guess I'll just trust God's timing."
Sometimes that's genuine surrender. And sometimes it's resignation with a Bible verse attached, and it's keeping you from seeing what's actually happening.
The leaders I work with are high-capacity, faith-led, and deeply sincere. And most of them have been trained to measure success exactly one way: KPI. Numbers. Output. Results. What can be seen and counted.
But there's another lens. It's called Kingdom Spiritual Intelligence: KSI. And it asks completely different questions.
Not just: Did it work?
But: Was I aligned with God?
Not just: What were the results?
But: Was I walking in truth, faith, and obedience?
Because in the Kingdom, the unseen always precedes the seen. And victory is already established long before the numbers catch up.
I just released a new video on exactly this, and I'd love for you to watch it.
Why You Feel Like You're Failing, But You're Measuring the Wrong Thing

If you have been wondering what this is...
Here's what you'll experience Saturday morning.
Not another event where you take notes and try to apply them later.
But a space where something actually shifts.
• Real women sharing real stories of how God met them in real seasons
• Spiritual strategies you can actually live from
• Holy Spirit presence that restores what striving never could
• A different way to carry what's already in your life
• Clarity around how to live and lead with authority, ease, and joy
You don't need more information.
You need alignment.

In one week, we gather for FORTIFIED.
I’ve been praying over the women who will be in that virtual room.
Some of you are carrying responsibilities that most people around you don’t fully see.
You show up.
You care deeply.
You keep going.
But even strong women need to be strengthened.
That is what FORTIFIED is about.
A morning of real stories.
Not perfection.
Not performance.
Just faith lived out honestly.
And something shifts when you step into a space like that.
Perspective.
Peace.
The weight you’ve been carrying starts to lift.
If something in you knows you need that kind of space right now… this is your invitation.

What if the way you've been measuring your days was never actually God's voice?
My new article, The Scoreboard You Didn't Know You Were Using, explores the inherited metrics most of us carry and introduces a different operating system entirely.
You can read it at the link below:
The Scoreboard You Didn't Know You Were Using
You probably didn't realize you had one. Not a formal one.

Your dissatisfaction isn't a character flaw.
It's not ingratitude. It's not spiritual immaturity.
What if it's God saying, "Better is available"?
I wrote about this in this week's article. The unease you've been pushing past might be the most important signal you've been ignoring.
Read it here:
What If Dissatisfaction Is God's Invitation?
A smoke detector doesn't go off because something is wrong with the detector. It goes off because something is wrong in the room.

Peace and numbness are not the same thing.
A lot of us have mastered managed calm.
Staying still. Staying closed.
Calling it strength.
But what if you didn't have to stay numb to feel safe?
I wrote about that this week, and what becomes possible when you stop calling numbness peace.
Read it here:
Peace and Numbness Are Not the Same Thing
The conflict came up again. I felt it…… that familiar tightening.

A painkiller and a cure both make you feel better.
But only one actually heals you.
The other numbs you long enough to keep functioning.
Peace can work the same way.
I explore this in a new article, When Peace Isn’t What It Seems.
It’s about the difference between peace that comes from no longer being challenged
and peace that comes from alignment with your Source.
One feels like relief.
The other is transformation.

When Peace Isn’t What It Seems
There’s a question I’ve been sitting with lately. Not a loud one.
