Hello, I'm Alona, and I'm from Grand Rapids Michigan. I'm currently back in school because I feel I am worth more than what I am down myself to be! I eventually want to become one of the best African American phlebotomists of CNA! Motivation came from a lot of encouragement in myself, I see how different and talented I am, even when others doubt me! That's the best motivation also for me, doubt makes me stronger and I want to prove others wrong, anybody can have a dream, but it's up to you to take part and fulfill every moment along your journey! This is your sign to go after what you want! Don't doubt yourself to be that person people doubted you to become. And so far GRCC staff and teachers have been great to me! They make you feel like you're not alone. If you need a little motivation let this be your next move! It's worth it. - Alona Gillespie
