ATTENTION GRADUATING CISD SENIORS!! 🎉🎓

The time has come for our annual CISD graduation ceremony!

Please mark your calendars for May 1st, 2026, from 4:00-6:00 PM in the Chapel Sanctuary.

In this ceremony, we want to celebrate YOU! The celebration will include a ceremony and a reception where we will enjoy yummy food and take group pictures.

2. At the end of the form, please nominate a fellow senior whom you would like to hear speak at graduation.

Join us on Wednesday, April 1st, at 7:30 pm in the CFAC Recital Hall for a What are Your Rights? Encountering ICE presentation. Enjoy pizza in the CFAC lobby from 7-7:30 pm!

This presentation informs Grand Rapids immigrant and refugee Residents and bystanders of their rights when interacting with immigration officers and police. The presentation covers the jurisdiction of police and various immigration agencies, the right to remain silent, the right to speak to an attorney, and the right to proof of a warrant before a home search. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

Then catch us for an UNLEARN Week After Dark session with STUDENT LEADERS at 9 pm in the CFAC with the CISD staff.
