Have you ever heard "As you SEE yourself is who you ARE.?" So who do you tell yourself you are as a mom? Do you say you aren't good at it, or you aren't doing enough, or maybe even that you can't be good at it?

What if you tried speaking to yourself as you WANT to be? Write down a few qualities of the kind of mom you admire and desire to be like. And at first, say "I am doing my best" to be a patient mom, understanding mom, a listening mom...you fill in the blank with what it is you want to be. Try it for a week and see if you can feel your confidence growing. I guarantee you will not keep at least something in you shifts for the better.💯

The most important voice we hear is our own, so let's make sure we are speaking life-giving words that will move us forward. ❤

This.is.maddening. And Kellogg's is not the only company to have cancer causing and other terrible ingredients in the U.S. version, but safer ingredients in the ones sold to other countries. 😡😡😡 And it's all because we put up with it. Its time to put an end to this.
Even though I don't buy this brand, I don't agree with this. Please sign the petition I am attaching in the comments. And spread the word to others.

Years ago, I could (and would) eat 2 donuts in a row. Or 2 candy bars. Or 2 helpings of dessert...you name the sweets. I couldn't help myself. 😫
Funny thing is, all I needed was a reset and body rebalancing. Now I can take my boys out for the treats and even have them in the house, and not feel like I NEED them like I used to.

Do you love spinach or do you loathe it? We love it in smoothies and salads at my house. My 9-yr old ❤s peanut butter banana smoothies and thinks something is missing if we are out of spinach! 🤣

Many people struggle with high cholesterol, and I know several who have been able to lower theirs with diet and exercise. Here is a list of foods to increase in your diet if you struggle with this.
