She is a member in good standing of SAG/AFTRA and spent over 17 years in Los Angeles working her craft on the big and small screens as well as in the studio and on stage. She has taught theater and produced and directed over 20 stage productions. As a post-trauma empowerment coach, she works with individuals and groups including children, women, and veterans using her specialized meditation and performance-based techniques to support recovery and healing processes. Through many years of working in the field, she discovered the power of performance was more therapeutic than anything else she had explored to heal her personal trauma. As a coach, she studied, developed, and implemented techniques using theater and performance as a powerful vehicle to move the body, mind, and spirit to healing while developing the tools of the consummate performer.
