Another year at The Well completed. God did amazing things amidst the imperfections of the helpers here! We'll end with the statement that my senior pastor at my childhood church always made before dismissing the congregation: "And now glory be to God, who by His mighty power, is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of; infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes. To this God, be glory (in the church) forever".
Exam week survival tips:
1. Get some sleep!
2. Consistent and healthy meals/eating
3. Replace worry with prayer, meditation, and/or exercise
4. Talk to someone if feeling overwhelmed (friends, family, RA/RD, The Well, etc.)
5. Remember: An exam is important, but it's not life or death :-)

Easy to forget that at the core of ourselves and our lives is our spirituality and relationship with God. It affects everything else in our lives.
Alright everyone, only a few weeks left before the end of the school year. Papers are due, exams are coming, so just remember one thing: SLEEP is your friend!
