Fair Lady seeks to empower women in Paraguay through community oriented fair trade practices while enabling local women to directly impact lives through the power of a purchase. The ladies not only desire to work with dignity but to help those in their community through their work; that is why a dollar from every sale goes directly to support education for children living in urban slums in the are

as where we work. We believe in using market based solutions to create income generating projects where business development opportunities are slim to none. Women work in toxic garbage dumps for 12 hours a day making less than $5 or due to social pressures fall into prostitution. Our desire is to give options to these women, to allow them to dream new dreams for their families, and become emerging business leaders in their own community.
