Your spring break recharge checklist:
✅ Sleep without setting an alarm
✅ Eat real food you actually enjoy
✅ Move your body (walk, dance, whatever feels good)
✅ See people who fill you up, not drain you
✅ Do one thing just for fun
✅ Leave school stress at school

The CECI Undergraduate Advising Center is closed today (January 19th) so our staff can celebrate MLK Day. We will be open for regular hours tomorrow, Tuesday, January 20th.

CECI WAVE is back for 2026! Plan ahead for our Piece of Advice pizza party and open house for CECI students! Drop in for some free advice and free food on Monday, January 12 or Tuesday, January 13 from 11 AM to 1 PM in Kirkhoff Center 2270 on the Valley Campus. An advisor from our office will be there to help you and you can come anytime, stay as long as you’d like, eat as much as you need, and chat as much as you want. We’ll check your schedules and help you make changes!
