Our admissions are open NOW for the 2026-2027 school year!
We are “Two Programs, One Family,” working hand-in-hand to provide a transformative educational experience for West Michigan. Our purpose is to empower students with learning differences to thrive through specialized, student-centered instruction—whether in our full-day classrooms or through expert 1:1 tutoring.
At LMA, we move beyond the struggle—we empower students to lead with their brilliance and ensure they are never defined by their challenges.

LMA wants to take a little more time to thank every one of you that was involved with Music That Matters 2026.
We are happy to announce that we raised a total of $56,264 from this year's event. All of that will go directly to our students who receive tuition assistance at LMA in hopes of them continuing their studies with project-based learning.
We believe everyone has a right to the education that they learn best with, and everyone who showed up and showed out continues to support our kids the best.
Thank you to our sponsors: ClickBid, Blackwell Insurance Services, Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling, Amwins, Vantage Pointe, Brigade Fire Protection, Herbruck's Poultry Ranch, LEAD Marketing Agency, Michelene Pattee, Nanette Clatterbuck, & Dr. Janos Nevai.
Thank you all for an amazing Music That Matters 2026! Don't forget to save the date for next year's event on April 29th, 2027.

Happy Senior Sunday!
The FINAL seniors to be highlighted are Andrea and Drew!
Andrea's favorite teacher is Mr. Hall because he is super chill!
Her favorite thing about LMA is looking forward to seeing her teachers and her friends every day.
And her favorite quote is, “No mistakes, just happy accidents.”
Drew's favorite teacher is Mr. Feenstra because he was a very interesting guy who loved to talk about fun stuff like conspiracy theories.
His favorite memory while at LMA was when Mr. Feenstra was here; he got to break apart his old chair since he was getting a new one.
And his favorite quote is, “Maybe if we chase God as we chase people, God will give us people we don’t have to chase.”
Congrats to these amazing seniors!
Stay tuned for a few more weeks to see their seniors' pictures!
