Join in the fun at “Following Jesus Changes the Game” …

St. James Lutheran Church’s “Back to School” Block Party!

This FREE outdoor event celebrates the excitement of starting a new school year!

“Following Jesus Changes the Game” will be held on Monday, August 4th from 6-8 p.m. at 2040 Oakwood Ave. NE Grand Rapids, Michigan



Lots of fun will be had by the whole flock at “Following Jesus Changes the Game” including:

Outdoor Games, Challenges, Crafts, Face Painting, tattoos, an Obstacle Course, a Candyland Cookie Walk, Hotdogs, Popcorn, and Ice Cream Treats!

As the “kids” play the block party games, they will earn tickets which can be spent in our “Do Uno Jesus?” Shop which will be stocked with backpacks, lunch kits, water bottles, school supplies, journals, and board games!

We hope you will come out to meet your neighbors, friends, and a whole flock of great sheep!
