Saturday Mornings we will be meeting to work on overall fitness conditioning and to learn some basic

We will meet and work on some basic principles of Karate as defigned by a style known as Okinawan Uechi Ryu. This style incorperates elements from both Chinese "soft" styles and Other styles which incorperate "Hard" style" responses. This will be designed to work for all ages from 10 years old and up. If your children are younger there is a full playground area available for them to keep busy on, while you train and keep an eye on them from the group.
