Over the past few weeks, even as the weather has changed, BIC has continued to provide integrated and intentional care for both our children and seniors. There has been much learning and growth amid the health challenges faced by our seniors and the ongoing development of our children. This intergenerational space keeps our community vibrant through new ideas, diverse backgrounds, and meaningful engagement, including connections with neighbors and other community groups.

A one-to-one connection between a senior and a child is truly precious. Each person has a unique way of communicating, expressing love, and growing together. At different ages and stages of life, these relationships bring an invigorating energy that is felt daily.
We were able to see this again today during our Music Together program, where music connected each of us through dancing and shared participation.
