Before they finish high school, Abby and Cole will complete their Associate Degrees at GRCC and have a top five finish at a NASA competition under their belts. They’re both getting a jump start on their education and careers at no cost by taking part in a program called Launch U.

Engineering and Mechanical Design students, Allie, Chris, and Kylee of Caledonia High School successfully organized a Sack Supper drive. During our End-of Year Celebration, Launch U students from all years and programs worked together to put together over 100 Sack Suppers to donate to Kids' Food Basket. Good job, students!

GRCC Raiders Edible Packaging Team made up of Abby and Cole from GRCC's Launch U Middle College Engineering and Mechanical Design Program, who are working on a project in the NASA HUNCH Health and Biomedical Science category were chosen by NASA as one of the finalists in their category. Abby and Cole will present their project in front of NASA researchers, engineers, and flight doctors on April 19, 2023 at the Final Design Review at Johnson Space Center in Houston. Congratulations, Abby and Cole!
