I am proud to announce that has awarded me the Black Empowerment Works grant. As a result, my educational consulting firm , will provide 12th-grade students in Cincinnati Public Schools enrolled in Project Connect with access to equitable post-secondary careers.

Students who are experiencing housing insecurity will age out of the system when they graduate and often don't have the supportive services to pursue a solid educational or career plan. Therefore, we will give selected students 12 months of career readiness training, financial incentives, industry credentials, and employment opportunities!

The Next Is Now Plan provides students with a secure plan before graduation.

I'm honored to be acknowledged and awarded an opportunity to shift the culture and provide more post-secondary access to the young adults of Cincinnati Public Schools.
