we unify and raise the frequency for all to enjoy, Let Freedom Ring!

WHAT: FREE Community Cardio Drumming Event
WHEN: Tuesday 12:15-1PM, June 16th (possibility of June 23, 30 & July 7)
WHERE: Grandville United Methodist Church, outside on grassy knoll
WHAT ITEMS: B.Y.O. Yoga Ball, Base, Drumsticks, Water
WHY: Honoring ancestors & vets, one of mine gave up his right arm to help end slavery in Galveston, Texas 1865, & freedom.
Important Details:
Safety: Participants & Legal guardians must sign a liability waiver prior to participation as this event, use of land and equipment are at your own risk.
Mobility Levels & Ages: For participants of varying skill levels & ages and their adult caregiver(s)
Weather Policy: Event held in 60-90 degrees, winds less than 25 m.p.h., mist permitted but no rain or red-tier air quality.
