WMCI's Middle School Summer Camp is officially underway!

Today, campers are getting hands-on experiences across multiple skilled trades thanks to some incredible industry partners. Campers are learning:

Soldering with DHE Plumbing and Mechanical
Heavy Equipment operations with MacAllister Rentals
Electrical work and conduit bending with Windemuller
Aluminum panel installation with Ritsema Associates

Congratulations to the WMCI Adult Graduates!

On Tuesday, we proudly celebrated the achievements of our adult students at WMCI's Graduation Ceremony. It was an inspiring evening recognizing the hard work, grit, and perseverance of this year's graduates as they crossed the stage and took the next step in advancing their careers.

Course Catalog - West Michigan Construction Institute The WMCI course catalog is where West Michigan students can register for a wide variety of craft trades training, professional development, and commercial construction certifications.

WMCI’s Middle School Summer Camp is back and giving middle school students the chance to experience the world of construction through hands-on activities and interactive learning led by industry professionals.

Campers will explore trades like carpentry, concrete, electrical, heavy machinery and more.

📅 June 17 and 18 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (campers attend both days)
👷 Open to students entering grades 6–8

2026 Construction Summer Camp In this 2 day camp, middle school students will get hands-on experience with the latest construction technologies, explore 9 different skilled trades through engaging activities, and take two field trips to live job sites.
