Today we recognize and celebrate three incredible student-athletes graduating from the DU Powerlifting team 🎓❤️🖤

Each of these women has left a lasting impact on our team through their hard work, leadership, resilience, and dedication both on and off the platform. Both in and out of the gym, they have helped shape the culture of this program and set the standard for those who follow behind them.
We are beyond proud of everything they have accomplished during their time in their undergraduate programs at DU and we are excited for what comes next for each of them. Thank you for representing this team with pride and passion.

Delaney Sousley claims her second Collegiate National Championship title in the 48kg weight class—proving once again that consistency, grit, and composure win on the big stage.

Deadlift: 152.5kg / 336lb
Total: 372.5kg / 821lb

Elizabeth Cleveland showed up when it mattered most at Collegiate Nationals—hitting competition PRs in her squat and bench, plus a total PR to top it off.
Her Performance:
Squat: 212.5kg / 468 # (+16.5 # PR)
Bench: 110kg / 243 # (+5.5 # PR)
Deadlift: 205kg / 452 #
Total: 527.5kg / 1163 (+5.5 PR)
Dots: 411.85
She’s been setting the tone for this team all season, and on the platform she delivered in a big way—helping lead our women’s team to a 2nd place overall finish.
