I just finished this incredible book that has left every cell of my being vibrating with excitement, inspiration, and wonder. In this book, Randall McClellan has answered so many questions that I’ve had about sound healing, invoked even more questions, and illuminated deep truths within myself. He highlights the science and cultural roots of sound healing while illuminating the holes still present, where more research is needed. I have pages upon pages of notes, which I will be revisiting again and again. I thought I’d share this for anyone who might be interested in learning more about the healing power of music. This past week Seed Sound students reflected on 2023 and set intentions for their musical exploration in 2024. This is one of my favorite practices to guide as a coach, as we take a moment to witness and celebrate the evolution of our voices and artistry and recalibrate our focus for the next year. The questions in the second slide are just a few out of the many that we use to process the journey of the past year and to tune into what we really want for ourselves in the next year. This not only helps each artist to align with their potential and connect with what they truly want, but it also helps me as a coach to better understand how I can support each individual in this next cycle.

I’m so thankful to all of my students for their vulnerability and openness in our sessions and to allow me to be a witness to their growth! It is a true gift.

This Sunday, we are hosting a Breathwork and Sound Healing Session from 3pm-4:30pm. Breathwork will be facilitated by Shamama (Michele Lussky), accompanied by a sound bath from Hannah Laine. Breathwork + Sound Healing feat. Hannah Laine | Shamama Join us for an immersive sound healing experience with the angelic vocals and crystal singing bowls of Hannah Laine. This session will include light movement and healing touch and is accessible to all bodies.

If you’ve been interested in Improv acting, now is your chance to learn from a seasoned and compassionate teacher. Bobby’s specialty is in “emotional spontaneous acting,” which takes a holistic approach to improv and taps into the emotional experience of the actors to connect more deeply with the audience.
