As we count down to the big day, we’re introducing the amazing teams that will be making a difference in our Dragons’ lives this school year. Whether they’re new faces or familiar favorites, we can’t wait for your family to meet them!

Attention families, from June 1 to July 31, Grand Prairie ISD will operate on a summer 😎 hours schedule.
District summer hours are:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:00 pm

Parents, we know that you want the best for your child. Did you know that students who attend GPISD Pre-K are almost 3 times more likely to be Kindergarten-ready than those who do not? When your child attends Pre-K here in GPISD, they will discover 💚 for learning. If your child turns 3 or 4 years old by September 1, you can begin the Pre-K application process for the 2026-2027 school year! Today we close out Assistant Principal Appreciation Week as we celebrate our amazing AP, Ms. DeJohnette!

She is always ready to lend a helping hand, supporting our students, teachers, and families every single day.

From bus duty to classroom support, calling parents to leading all things testing, she shows up wherever she’s needed with a smile and a heart for our campus.
