Gophers! π
GPHS Counselors are still finalizing student schedules and balancing classes, so schedules may continue to change through Monday.
If you notice something that doesn't look right, don't panic or contact the school just yet. Please continue checking Skyward periodically through Monday, as many schedules will be updated before then.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as our counselors work to ensure the best schedules possible for all students.

π What an incredible turnout for our GP ECHS Summer Bridge and Parent Orientation!
The energy in the room was amazing as we welcomed our newest ECHS Gophers and their families. From meeting classmates and staff to learning about the opportunities, expectations, and support systems that make GP Early College High School such a special experience, it was a great way to kick off this exciting journey.
A huge thank you to all of the students and families who took time out of their summer to join us. Your enthusiasm, questions, and commitment to success were inspiring to see.
We can't wait to watch this group grow, achieve, and make their mark as ECHS Gophers. The future is bright, and this is just the beginning! π

ππ to our GPHS Police Explorers! ππ
Please join us in congratulating GPHS Police Explorers
π Danniel Quinones
π Melquiades "Izzy" Irizarry
π Belen Gomez
π Gabby John
on their outstanding performance at the **Allen Police Explorers Midnight Madness Competition**.
Unlike most student competitions, Midnight Madness is an overnight event designed to simulate the challenges of a real law enforcement patrol shift. Throughout the night, students respond to realistic scenarios that test their communication, critical thinking, teamwork, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure.
Their hard work earned them placements in **5 different events**:
π₯ 1st Place β Crime Scene Investigation
π₯ 1st Place β Disturbance
π₯ 3rd Place β Stolen Vehicle/Pursuit
π₯ 3rd Place β 911 Hang-Up
π₯ 3rd Place β Robbery in Progress
What makes this achievement even more impressive is that most of the team was new to competition. They embraced every challenge, learned from every scenario, and represented Grand Prairie High School with determination, professionalism, and BIG BLUE Gopher pride.
We are incredibly proud of these students and all they accomplished!
π Help us congratulate Danniel, Izzy, Belen, and Gabby in the comments below!
