With fall in the air that means Give To The Max Day is around the corner. We hope our friends and community will consider supporting us in this next year of giving. It’s no secret childcare has been a challenge for cook county. We want to make sure our unique program lives on to care and nurture future generations. This year we did something wild and REALLY fun! We participated in the Fisherman’s Picnic Parade! We had sunny skies, happy kids, and cheering crowds. What made this event truly special is going down the street and hearing older kids and teenagers say “hey that’s my old daycare!” It’s a good reminder of just how many families we have served in the 20+ years of existence. Thank you Grand Marais Lions Club for putting on another fantastic fish pic! 🦁☀️🌊🍉🍭🐟

Cooperation Station is very excited to announce we are now offering a scholarship to high school graduates who intend to go into Early Childhood Education! The very first recipient of this scholarship is our very own Teacher’s Assistant Annabelle Silence! She just graduated in May from Cook County High School and will be leaving us at the end of summer to attend Pine Technical & Community College for their Early Childhood Education program. Congratulations Annabelle! Your future is so bright! ☀️🌻💐

We want to give a huge shout out to the Cook County Ridge Riders Snowmobile Club for the generous donation towards our fence project! Stay tuned as before the snow flies we’re going to have a new fence around our play yard!

Last night we celebrated our first family night in several years. We’ve had a bumpy ride with our extended closure and the work of reopening. But guess what we did it and now we’ve been open for nearly a year!

We had so much with our families and kids last night. Looking forward to another bright year ahead of us! 🌞🍓🌷🌲🎨🖌️
