Hello Wonderful, Strong, Kind and Exhausted Parents!

National Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4-8, and our PTA is making a special effort this year to express heartfelt appreciation for our teachers and staff.

During the week of May 4-8, our school is doing an amazing Wicked Themed Staff Appreciation Week with lots of contests and treats each day. With all the decorations and enthusiasm, I’m sure it will be a fun and exciting week for the students as well.

We have many creative ideas for prizes and treats, but we could use support in a couple of areas:

1) Cash. Plain and simple. Could you please donate $10, $20 or $50 to help us celebrate teachers and staff? We are going to purchase decorations, delicious food and drinks for our staff throughout the week and your financial support would help us tremendously!!! You could drop off this money at the office with Terri Poe, at The Big Lake (please put Staff Appreciation Week on the envelope) or venmo -Thompson-2 (make sure to write Staff Appreciation Week with all venmo payments).

2) We are creating a yellow brick road of gratitude! If you would like to add a specific thank you to a teacher, please email those messages to [email protected] and we will make sure to get that message onto a yellow brick for you. If you would like to write your message on the brick yourself, we can get those bricks to you!
