Heavenly Father,
Today we come to You with heavy hearts as we grieve the loss of the brave firefighters who gave their lives in service to our community.
We thank You for their courage, selflessness, and willingness to protect others, even at great personal cost. May their sacrifice never be forgotten.
We pray for their families, friends, fellow firefighters, and all who are mourning. Surround them with Your love, comfort them in their sorrow, and give them strength for each new day. Remind them that they do not walk through this grief alone.
Lord, watch over the firefighters and first responders who continue to serve. Grant them wisdom, protection, courage, and peace as they carry on this important work.
Help our community come together in compassion and support. May we honor the lives of these heroes by caring for one another and remembering the extraordinary example they set.
We trust that You are close to the brokenhearted and that Your promise of eternal life brings hope even in our deepest grief.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
