I teach yoga in the Grand Junction, Colorado area. My calling is to assist others in expanding their I am a RYT200x2 certified yoga instructor.
I primarily teach alignment-based Vinyasa (flow) yoga classes, as well as restorative (gentle) yoga. I am currently teaching at The Zen Den in Fruita, Colorado.
